Aroma: Lifted peach and nectarine aromas
Palate:  Leads to flavours of peach and rockmelon with a hint of cashew. Light and graceful this Longboard surfs fluidly over the palate. Fresh flavours carry through on the finish giving elegance and length.

About this Australian Vineyard:

Only five minutes from world famous Bells Beach, in the Surf Coast region of Victoria. Originally planted to grapes around 150 years ago by Swiss settlers. Quality French oak and traditional winemaking techniques add to the excellence of this range. The Longboard range represents the extraordinary coastline we share, the incredible surf breaks and the iconic local surfers from the region.

Colour: Deep crimson red in colour.
Aroma: Ripe, spiced plum aromas.
Palate: A medium bodied palate with concentrated plums and blackcurrant with smooth fine tannins

About this Australian Vineyard:

The journey commenced in 1980 when Simon Adams, fresh out of Year 12 at school in Adelaide accepted a vintage role with family-owned Yalumba Winery in the Barossa. A natural talent, he became Chief Winemaker at 33. In 1996 he bought his own vineyard the original Lehmann family vineyard in Angaston (originally planted in 1932) and then the Mt McKenzie “Jellicoe” vineyard was purchased. These 2 vineyards are the basis for creating his well renowned Sorby Adams varieties.

Palate: Dark cherries and plum fruit flavours are balanced perfectly with savoury pepper like spice

About this Australian Vineyard:
Wayne and Myriam Keoghan established Anvers Wines in 1998 with the objective of producing unique premium South Australian wine by focusing on quality rather than quantity. Anvers incredible winemaker Kym Milne is a Master Of Wine and was named “2014 Winemaker of the Year”. Anvers is the French name for the Belgian city of Antwerpen. Anvers is the home town of Myriam Keoghan and also where Wayne and Myriam first met in 1983.

Colour: Deep ruby
Aroma: A vibrant aroma with red fruits, choc mint, cassis and cedar with hints of rosemary, eucalypt and truffle.
Palate: This medium to full bodied wine displays juicy red fruits, green mulberry, maraschino cherry and subtle oak. The tannins are impressive for Merlot and provide an attractive chalky structure. The wine has good length and finishes with a choc mint and black jube after taste.

The Happs family winery manifests a strong sense of place combined with creativity. Erl is an avid scientist, Ros a passionate gardener; the entire family a patron of the arts. In this magical location Erl and Ros have brought up their three remarkable children, five dogs, four cats, thousands of artworks and hundreds of wines.

Colour: Pale straw
Aroma: Intense concentrated fresh and vibrant aromatics
Palate: A driving mineral acidity with a sharp focus on tropical lime, mouth-watering mango and green apple undertones contribute positively to this finely crafted wine.

2 x bottles of N/V Hoggies Chardonnay/Pinot Noir Sparkling
Colour: Pale green with occasional very light pink tinges.
Aroma: Peaches, pink cherries, honey and limes are the primary aromas.
Palate: The primary fruit characters of pink cherries and young, zesty Summer stone fruits meld seamlessly with the subtle nuances of fresh baked bread and creamy yeast autolysis.

About this Australian Vineyard:
Created by Winemaker Gavin Hogg, on a family Vineyard Gavin and his wife Julie purchased in the heart of Coonawarra. Gavin has won scores of gold medals and more than 20 trophies with his wines, mainly from fruit grown on the famous Coonawarra red dirt.
