What's in this pack?
Aroma: A deep and brooding nose of blackberry and redcurrant fruits, plum, wild mint, mulberry and chocolate box characteristics. The wine evolves and opens up in the glass revealing a real juiciness, along with oak spice, camphor and nutmeg to complement the ripe fruit notes.
Palate: Generous, up front sweet fruit flavours of dark berries and plums that are balanced with savoury spice notes of bay leaf, fresh nutmeg and mocha. Medium weight with tight, fine grained tannin, supported by balanced acidity. This provides a lovely balance and a sustained finish to the wine.
Happs Verdelho 2017
Aroma: A pungent fruit salad aroma with strong nectarine, ripe pear, lychee and guava characters, with hints of kiwi fruit, honeysuckle, spice and bath salts
Palate: A richly flavoured wine with an abundance of sweet fruit. Ripe nectarine and tropical fruits dominate which is typical of the variety, while more subtle characters such as lime, rock melon, peach and confection are also present. The wine is textural with refreshing chalky acidity and a flavour profile that compliments spicy food perfectly.

Anvers - Razorback Road Range - Sauvignon Blanc
Colour: Pale green
Aroma: Fresh fruit flavours and a vibrant acidity. Lightly cropped vines and hand picking of the grapes have preserved the elegant characters of Sauvignon.
