2017 Sorby Adams Coast 2 Coast Shiraz Cabernet
Colour: Deep crimson red in colour.
Aroma: Ripe, spiced plum aromas.
Palate: A medium bodied palate with concentrated plums and blackcurrant with smooth fine tannins

 

About this Australian Vineyard:
The journey commenced in 1980 when Simon Adams, fresh out of Year 12 at school in Adelaide accepted a vintage role with family-owned Yalumba Winery in the Barossa. A natural talent, he became Chief Winemaker at 33. In 1996 he bought his own vineyard the original Lehmann family vineyard in Angaston (originally planted in 1932) and then the Mt McKenzie “Jellicoe” vineyard was purchased. These 2 vineyards are the basis for creating his well renowned Sorby Adams varieties.



2016 Anvers Brabo Cabernet Sauvignon
Colour: Dark red
Aroma: Bouquet of blackcurrant and cinnamon
Palate: The palate exhibits berry fruit characters with hints of vanilla
 

About this Australian Vineyard:
Wayne and Myriam Keoghan established Anvers Wines in 1998 with the objective of producing unique premium South Australian wine by focusing on quality rather than quantity. Anvers incredible winemaker Kym Milne is a Master Of Wine and was named “2014 Winemaker of the Year”. Anvers is the French name for the Belgian city of Antwerpen. Anvers is the home town of Myriam Keoghan and also where Wayne and Myriam first met in 1983.



2016 Happs iSeries Merlot
Colour: Deep ruby
Aroma: A vibrant aroma with red fruits, choc mint, cassis and cedar with hints of rosemary, eucalypt and truffle.
Palate: This medium to full bodied wine displays juicy red fruits, green mulberry, maraschino cherry and subtle oak. The tannins are impressive for Merlot and provide an attractive chalky structure. The wine has good length and finishes with a choc mint and black jube after taste.

2018 Bellbrae Estate Longboard Pinot Noir
Colour: Cherry red
Aroma: Cool climate strawberry and raspberry tones
Palate:  A soft elegant palate combined with weight and depth. Soft and full red fruits abound - think strawberries, mulberries and raspberries. Luscious mid-palate with lashings of fruit and elegant, soft tannins.

About this Australian Vineyard:
Only five minutes from world famous Bells Beach, in the Surf Coast region of Victoria. Originally planted to grapes around 150 years ago by Swiss settlers. Quality French oak and traditional winemaking techniques add to the excellence of this range. Colour: Raspberry and plum
Aroma: Packed with aromas of orange rind, raspberry, plum and tobacco
Palate: This wine is soft and fruit-driven with flavours of raspberry, perfume, clove and spice. It is mouth-watering with a muscular structure and great length.


About this Australian Vineyard:
Hugo Wines is an authentic, family owned and operated McClaren Vale winery. With roots that go back to 1860 when John Hugo’s great grandfather purchased the property. The family planted the first Grenache bush vines in 1951. John worked with his father Colin in the vineyard and turned it in to his Career. John and his wife Liz raised their two boys Matt & Will Hugo on the family vineyards and the whole family continue to play a part in Hugo’s success.
